Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for requests made within 24 hours of the reading.
• No refunds will be issued after this period.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. No shows and last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
