Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for requests made within 24 hours of the reading.
• No refunds will be issued after this period.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Last minute cancellations are subject to a $50 dollar fee.
